Please note:

– For Low Season rates, deduct 10% from the rack rate.
– For East African Citizens and Residents, deduct 25% from the rack rate.
– Should the government increase taxes or introduce new taxes, the Company reserves the right to modify the rates.
– INCLUDED: VAT at 18%; Catering Levy of 1,50USD (pppn).
– NOT INCLUDED: Tanzanian National Park (TANAPA) camping and entry fees.

The following rates include VAT which is applied to TANAPA park fees from 01/07/2016 onwards. They are subject to change at short notice by Park Authorities:

Single Occupancy and 3rd person sharing
Single occupancy: Add 20% to the rack rate.
Third person sharing (Only in VIP tent): deduct 40% from the lowest rack rate.

Children and families
Children 0-16 years old must share a tent with an adult.
– Children under 5 years old: free of charge
– Children 5-16 years: 50% discount on adult rate
* Family rooms are available (upon request) in VIP camp: maximum 4 guests (or 4 plus 1 infant) with at least one child of 5-16 years in the party.

Meal Plan

Full Board: Includes breakfast, lunch, dinner, mineral water, tea and coffee.
VIP Full Board: Includes breakfast, lunch, dinner, mineral water, tea, coffee, wine, beer and sodas.

Daily private hire of 4×4 vehicle: 250 USD/ day (Driver & Fuel Included). Click for more INFO.

 

Seasons and Check in/Check out time:

High Season: 1st July to 31th October  /  20th December to 6th January.

Low Season: 7th January to 30th June  /  1st November to 19th December.

Check-In time: From 12pm. Check-out time: Until 10am.

 

Payment Method

A deposit of 50% of the total balance should be paid to secure the booking. The remaining 50% plus any extra service must be paid at least 30 days before the arrival date.
Reservations made 30 days or less before arrival date should be paid in full at the time of booking.

 

Cancellation charges

– 31 days and over: no cancellation fee.
– From 30 to 15 days: 50% cancellation fee.
– From 14 days and no show: 100% cancellation fee.
